Living here for approximately five months now and I can appreciate the peaceful lifestyle I have experienced thus far. It is not the newest of properties but it is well kept from my perspective. The staff has been great since I moved here and I expecially want to give a shout out to the maintenance staff. I had some minor repairs that needed to be addressed and Bobby, Corie and Myles were well attentive in taking care of them. I especially appreciated their friendliness and attention to detail with the repairs.

A Stellar Living Experience at Portiva I’ve only been here 3 months but residing at Portiva has been nothing short of remarkable. The property is truly a hidden gem, boasting beautifully designed apartments that effortlessly blend modern elegance with cozy comfort. Every detail—from the high-end finishes to the thoughtfully planned layouts—reflects an unwavering commitment to quality. Walking into my apartment always feels like stepping into a retreat, a perfect sanctuary to unwind after a long day. One of the standout aspects of living here is the exceptional leasing & maintenance service/team. I want to give a shoutout to Bobby, a maintenance professional who went above and beyond during my recent service request. After placing a call about my heating system, Bobby arrived almost immediately to assess and the issue to find the right course of action. Not only did he efficiently restore my heat, but he also took the time to unclog my toilet with the utmost professionalism and care. His swift, thorough approach and courteous demeanor left a lasting impression. Portiva has set the standard for what luxury apartment living should be….beautiful spaces, unparalleled service, and a true sense of community. For anyone considering making this property their home, I wholeheartedly recommend it.
