Management has been very pleasant to work with throughout the two years we've stayed here. There are multiple amenities available, and the area is very quiet. We've had some issues with crime, such as vehicles being keyed and cars being gone through, but management has done what they can to install cameras in areas that they can monitor without being intrusive. Additionally, we've had a few maintenance issues, but all have been quickly resolved same day or next, and have only taken time to resolve due to us not reaching out to maintenance sooner. The smoking building does have some hallway odor, but nothing more than you'd expect from a smoking building, and the tenants are very friendly and neighborly. I imagine the non-smoking buildings don't have the odor problem. Maintenance is vigilent, and I see them out and about every day vaccuming, carpet cleaning, repainting, landscaping, and keeping the property in great condition. The entry ways are well kept, and there is usually no visible grime or dirt in the carpets, or floors. Move out costs can be a bit hefty, as can the rent, but with the area of Sioux Falls we are in, higher rent is expected in this neighborhood. I have noticed some trends with large move-out expenses, and we've never gotten our deposit back, however we did have to leave in a hurry and cleaning was definitely something required, so the bill received was expected. Overall very peaceful, clean, and well managed location, with quiet residents, quiet surroundings, and a low crime rate.

By far the best apartments I have lived in, here in Sioux Falls. The Rachel (management) is always easy to work with, the maintenance crew (Mike and Dan) are so friendly when fixing amenities, and the living space is fantastic. My neighbors are fun to be around as well. If you are looking for a space to live on the south side of town, I would grab an apartment before they are all gone (which the currently are).
