I would highly recommend Gramercy! We absolutely loved our unit. We never had any major issues with our unit. No leaks! No mold! No mice! No bugs or roaches whatsoever! Whenever we placed a work order whether on the online portal or via email it was addressed immediately. The location is superb, it's right off of Keystone Parkway. Close to shops and dining. The community itself boasts of beautiful views, lots of parking spaces, outdoor pool with a splash pad, state of the art fitness center and there is a very nice welcoming club house. The community is peaceful and quiet. The office is always having events for the residents, as well as providing specials perks! The floor plans are all very spacious and just has a nice flow to them. The maintenance team is awesome. They get it done right the 1st time. The office staff is very kind, helpful, and professional. Amber who was our leasing consultant was so accommodating, professional, helpful, kind and patient with us as we were coming out of state. She took her time and explained every single detail and aspect of the moving process. Amber was extremely helpful to me and always respectful & courteous. Miguel who is also a leasing consultant was always helpful and professional. Crysany the assistant property manager was also very helpful. Melissa the property manager set my mind at ease, when I told her I did drywall repair for 2 small tiny holes. She assured me everything would be fine and it was. Chloe who is the leasing director has been nothing short of professional, patient, kind and extremely helpful. Whenever Amber wasn't available Chloe would step in, step up and get the issue resolved immediately. The staff at Gramercy welcomed us as part of an extended family. The entire Gramercy team is like no other and they truly care for their residents and their future residents. I would highly recommend Gramercy if you are truly looking for a place to call home. You are not treated like a number...you are treated with kindness and respect. Give the staff a chance...they are not robots. They work very hard so we can enjoy our beautiful and peaceful community. I hope this review helps someone make the right decision.
