Best place I've lived in the Eugene/Springfield area. Amenities are good. Location is good. It's quiet. It's well priced, especially in comparison to the general market in the area. Grounds are kept clean and I feel safe in my home. But the thing that puts it above and beyond is our manager. She's engaged, helpful, and responsive!! That's unfortunately rare in apartment management these days.

My name is Kit Sheltman I’m 59 years old.i currently rent at The Stone Bridge Apartments in Eugene, Oregon. have rented from many apartments over my years , also from a few different states.. Ellie the manager at the Stonebridge Apartments is by far the best manager that I have ever rented from. The facility is very clean.it Looks brand new. The maintenance is outstanding They have responded within 24 hours anytime we have needed them. It is a pet friendly facility. The neighbors have been very courteous. I dropped my wallet and It was turned into the office with everything in it My Pomeranian which is absolutely gorgeous got loose and he was turned into the office. We left our keys at the gym and Ellie brought him to our apartment personally. I contribute having good neighbors to Ellie because she’s renting to good people. You don’t hear yelling or cussing coming out of apartments. We don’t have homeless people Coming in and out of the apartments buildings. It’s been a fantastic place to live at. I highly recommend if you’re looking you take a look at the Stonebridge Apartments. There is no Jacuzzi or hot tub, but there is a beautiful gym and a playground for the kids
