I'm grateful to be living here at Talia at Maitland for almost 4 years. Jeff our new manager and Emma are very Professional Nice and understanding when it comes to any issues anyone may have had. The Property is very well kept and the Maintenance Staff does a really good job. I love living here and would recommend anyone who's looking for a Beautiful, Well-kept, Quiet place to live this is your place. also all my neighbors are very Friendly, Once again Thank you so much, Jeff and Emma, for being so kind and doing a Beautiful great job and making me feel like Family.

Five stars for Brandon, he gave me the tour and really I’d move in just because I know it’s someone in the office I feel comfortable with. He is very knowledgeable and has the sweetest personality. I did enjoy viewing the community as well, it’s quiet, rates aren’t crazy, it’s clean, and seems like a chill place. I will definitely be considering this for my next place of residence.
