I had a fantastic experience with the tour. Lindsey was a delight to work with and had extensive knowledge of the apartment buildings. One of the aspects I appreciated most was the minimal added fees compared to many other places. Plus, I've been assured that pests and rodents are well-controlled. The number of amenities is impressive, especially since you have access to all the facilities in the surrounding buildings owned by the company. The location is perfect, with the metro being a 5 minute walk. I will definitely provide updates on my experience with the place as I know many times people don't put updates for their experience throughout their time.
Update: After being here for a couple weeks, I found the maintenance and front desk to be extremely helpful. I did have a few issues like a dirty toilet seat and my dryer made a ticking noise, but those were addressed almost immediately.

I have only lived in these apartments for 5 months but since the beginning have been blown away by how kind, patient and professional the concierge staff have been. I have called multiple times with questions and they always help me/are very knowledgeable. A shoutout to Keyshay, who always has a smile on his face and makes me laugh, while still giving me amazing customer service! Honestly the best perk of living here. 10/10 for the front desk

I will start by recommending that you contact Alexandra Fisher if you are interested in moving to Fenestra. It is indeed a charming community in the heart of Rockville Town Square, which is alongside pedestrian streets filled with shops and restaurants. The staff at Fenestra is very attentive and professional. Last year we had a medical emergency, and the maintenance team attended the damages/clean up even before the EMTs arrived. That said, most of us renters agree that knowing that you have a great leasing staff behind you makes your household less stressful. And after more than 20 years renting I can attest that I have never had a better leasing professional than Alexandra Fisher. She always goes above and beyond to make sure all our needs are met. We were considering moving out after our lease expired, but we just renewed a 2-year lease because Alexandra made sure we got the best deal possible in the area! She is one of a kind. Thank you, Alexandra!!!

The concierge is one of the best perks here at Fenestra Apartments. The concierge team is so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They take great care of the packages and makes sure all your questions and concerns gets directed to a staff member that can best assist you. Curtis is amazing and is the perfect example of professionalism and providing outstanding customer service to all residents, Curtis is our friend not just concierge!

I’ve been at Fenestra about a month, I found the leasing process very easy and the leasing office super helpful and flexible throughout the process. The freight elevator made move in super easy (though now I know that it can be out of order semi frequently). The concierges at the main building are always super kind and helpful, especially Keshay! Overall, I’ve been loving living at Fenestra, the location is just perfect!
