I had a fantastic experience with the tour. Lindsey was a delight to work with and had extensive knowledge of the apartment buildings. One of the aspects I appreciated most was the minimal added fees compared to many other places. Plus, I've been assured that pests and rodents are well-controlled. The number of amenities is impressive, especially since you have access to all the facilities in the surrounding buildings owned by the company. The location is perfect, with the metro being a 5 minute walk. I will definitely provide updates on my experience with the place as I know many times people don't put updates for their experience throughout their time. Update: After being here for a couple weeks, I found the maintenance and front desk to be extremely helpful. I did have a few issues like a dirty toilet seat and my dryer made a ticking noise, but those were addressed almost immediately.
