I’ve lived here for a year now after needing to get out of a bad situation at my former building, very nice 1 bedroom apartments, affordable and take Section 8, great maintenance staff, neighbors are quiet and are either friendly or keep to themselves for the most part. Accepts cats, used to accept dogs but no longer does, but there’s at least 1 or 2 tenants with dogs that are respectful. Clean building and apartments with no infestations aside from fleas once and bedbugs some neighbors had once, cockroach free. Happy here overall, much better than my last building. It’s also close to Transit within walking distance and is great if you don’t drive like me. At this point I’d probably only get out of here in a body bag!
