Very clean, quiet neighborhood. New management takes care of resident issues quickly. A wonderful place to live that is near the freeway and all the stores and restaurants. The apartment itself is very well maintained. Extremely clean, down to the drip pans in the stove. If there is ever a maintenance issue, they usually take care of it the same day, unless something needs to be ordered, in which case they do it as soon as the part gets in. The manager is a very sweet pregnant lady who always wobbles around the complex, making sure it is clean and that there are no resident issues. 10/10 One of the best complexes in Middletown!
