Although I do live here and have a great Review of the location, I want to make this review for Chad! My car wouldn’t start yesterday morning and he was driving the golf cart and came by and paused to make sure I was OK and I told him I needed someone to drop my car and he dropped the cart off and got his own car and jumped mine for me! He went out of his way when he didn’t have to. Thank you, Chad! He deserves raise For the extra mile!

I’ve lived here for 2.5 years and while the apartments themselves are not perfect, overall I love the aesthetic. The overall space is very open, and while the only doors are bathroom doors, I haven’t found this to be an issue at all. Storage space is lacking (plenty of kitchen cupboards however) but this can be fixed with the right furniture in bedrooms and living areas. Maintenance requests are easy to submit and fixed in a very quick window, I’ve never had a bad experience in this regard. Office staff is friendly and very helpful. There are lots of active duty living here currently, it’s a great place for that and only about 20ish minutes from post depending on your destination. This area is a short drive from downtown or a quick walk/run (about 2 miles south) on the riverwalk to get to some great restaurants and events when happening. The area from downtown to the Lofts is developing rapidly as well. I’d recommend this place, especially for any single or small families (including active duty) and overall life had a great experience here!
