I move in about a month and i love this place. Esmeralda was great , she help me move and made it an easy transfer from my previous home to this great choice. We definitely get our money worth.

It has felt like home ever since I got my keys and I thank the office for that. Everyone is helpful, polite, courteous, and so nice, even down to the maintenance crew 😊

This review is coming from someone who has lived here for 3 years. I went through and read a lot of the negative reviews on here and I have to disagree with most, if not all of them. Because I know that people actually read these reviews and take them into consideration when deciding where to live, I will try to be as detailed as possible. From day 1 of living at Gardens at Country Club (when we first moved here it was called Garden Park), my wife and I (and our kitty) have had nothing but a positive experience. We moved from a small 700 square foot 1-bedroom apartment, so we were very pleased to have a two-story, 2 bed room 1 1/2 bathroom newly renovated townhome for the same price we were paying for the apartment! The neighborhood is very quiet, clean, and safe. I go for bike rides at 6:30am every morning and I never feel uneasy or unsafe. I've never seen any domestic disputes, fights, or strange activity in this neighborhood. Since we've been here, we have had 5 different neighbors move in and out, and ALL of them have been very nice. This neighborhood is filled with families who have kids, and young adults who just kind of keep to themselves... like me and my wife! MAINTENANCE: Maintenance has always responded to all of our requests in a timely manner. Management has even gone WAY out of their way to make sure our needs were met. For example: our townhome has an old back-patio sliding door. We went through one cold winter with this old door and our Duke energy bills were pretty high because of the cold draft coming in from the old door. The following spring we called the office to inform them about our displeasure with this door. They didn't even hesitate to replace the door with a BRAND NEW one the following week! In our townhome, the shower has an older sliding door on it that leaked pretty bad. We let the office know about this and how we were displeased with it and again, they fixed it promptly by completely removing the sliding door and replacing it with a shower rode instead so that we could use shower curtains. These are only 2 instances where maintenance has always been great, I have several more stories but I don't want to make this review too long. All in all, my wife and I are VERY happy living here at Gardens. I encourage you to come visit the leasing office for yourself before you let the biased negative reviews here sway your decision.
