I have lived at Patriot Plaza for a while and in the last 2months I have noticed significant positive changes the grouds look amaxing and the and staff in really efficient. Ms Karen has been there for a while and she works hard. I always see her vehicle in the evenings making sure the property is up to par and she truly cares for the tenants in every aspect. We appreciate all the positive changes.

The assistant manager Shakyra was a delight to be around I am currently looking to move to Jacksonville to be closer to my family and would you believe out of all the tours in the neighborhood she was the only one to offer me a cold water in this Florida heat! I loved her professionalism and positive energy!
