My previous review needed clarity. There is LONG distance access for anyone using any wheelchair . Someone has to push them (If they are weak or unable to wheel the distance with non- motorized chairs) then the wheelchair bound must be pulled up the steps /stairs backwards to get inside of the buildings.There is one handicap apartments in each building. Unless they got rid of them. Which I feel is being discriminatory. I know of 4 disabled below poverty income (Mentally and Physically) senior citizens that are being overcharged on their rent payments every month for years. Because, they are home bound, have no help, or simply do not understand how to update the paperwork. And the manager does not care at all. This issue needs to be fixed ASAP. If I could afford an attorney myself, I would get one for the disabled seniors that are looked over and over billed. Plus the company bills our state and government for money to balance the difference in the cost of each subsidized, section 8,etc. apartment. No one really knows or sees legal proof of what they are given. They have made outside look improvements some only emergency repairs. And some carpet replacements after 18+ years. I personally feel that an employee (Manager) of the housing development should have the responsibility to make sure the handicapped people are assisted with their truthful paperwork they cannot do for themselves. They are not just a check.
