Worst place in Delhi since these people took over place is falling apart they can’t keep a good maintenance person around they don’t want to fix anything has rodent issues then when you take it above there head and take the problem to the county they want to kick you out has one dumpster and if it is full and you can’t throw it above your head better take it back to your apartment or you will get a 100 fine per bag this place is a big joke slum lords you ask me so if your looking for a place beware this place ain’t worth 300 a month playground is falling apart swings are broke benches are rotten and so are the picnic tables Delhi used to be way better than this

I've lived here since December 2018 and nothing has changed except the cost of rent. There are 5 buildings, 12 units in each building, and we have ONE dumpster. It's disgusting. The "exercise area" they advertise is a run down playground, which wouldn't get so run down if parents actually paid attention to their kids. Why is our rent increasing but our space isn't becoming more attractive? One the plus side I don't have any bugs other than the ones that sneak in my open windows. Get us another dumpster at least!!
