The staff is always friendly and helpful! I always appreciate how quickly and efficiently maintenance requests are handled. I love the location of the apartment complex and how close it is to campus. Living here for nearly three years has been wonderful for me!

We’ve loved living at the Oaks! It’s a bit outdated but we don’t mind, only downside I’d say is no washer/dryer unit. Otherwise, management has been really polite and helpful, maintenance is very quick with helping us out with any issues that has arisen. We haven’t encountered any bugs in the last year we’ve been here and it’s the perfect amount of space for the two of us!
