Our community features direct access to the Atlanta Beltline (with over 30 miles of trails), a 24-hour fitness center, and is walking distance to multiple parks, including Piedmont Park and Old Fourth Ward Park. There are so many reasons to make Highland View your new home. Direct access to the Atlanta Beltline and Ponce City Market makes our location perfect for walking, especially up to Highland Avenue. Highland View Apartments gives its residents a unique mixture of all Atlanta has to offer. The Virginia Highland area is filled with tree-lined sidewalks, charming residences, and is brimming with diverse entertainment.

I have lived at Highland View for over a year. It is a small and intimate community situated in a vibrant part of town in the center of it all (PCM, Piedmont Park, Trader Joe’s, etc.). Apartment units and community areas are updated and well maintained, all areas are brightly lit at night, and I always felt safe and welcome here. Convenient parking and Beltline access are a huge plus. Finally, the people (management, maintenance staff, and neighbors alike) are exceptionally friendly. This is without a doubt an underrated complex, which deserves some serious consideration among apartment seekers.

I just moved in here two weeks ago and the apartment is PERFECT and the property managers Muhammad and Lori are the coolest, nicest people and very helpful. I'm about 50 feet from the beltline and a 5-minute walk to Ponce City Market.
