A quaint building with a “secret garden.” A lot of outdoor space that you can enjoy on a sunny day and get some the fresh air. There are no hallways. Each apartment opens to the courtyard. The pool is beautiful to look at and even better to lounge by or swim in. We are about a block and a half off of Piedmont Ave, near Piedmont Grocery, Piedmont Movie Theater, and lots and lots of retail – restaurants, dry cleaners, and more. WALKSCORE OF 93 and BIKESCORE of 100. Amenities include: -Pool with lounge furniture -Shared BBQ -Onsite laundry -Pet friendly -parking available garage or lot space for an additional fee -Controlled access system with intercom Resident pays gas, electric, and internet. We pay for water and garbage. Our rental requirements are as follows Rental Qualifications - $30 application fee for each adult 1) Good credit with no collections or liens 2) Two (2) years of verifiable rental history in good standing 3) Verifiable employment and income - 2.7x the rent 4) No evictions
