This place is a great place to live so I thought see adendem, safe,neighbors are nice,no bugs or rodents. Valet trash,gym and 2 pools on site. Fast to fix appliances, maintenance men very nice, plenty of parking, no one bothers you. Addendum, I had a leak in my air-conditioning and they came and vaccines up water.A month later I found black mold on adjoining wall,I was getting sick frequently,and now I know why.I moved out, and called them.A lawyer called me and said I owe them money cause I broke the lease,I sent him mold pictures and never heard from him. Now as I check my credit report this 2800 dollars is past due. BEWARE,they were negligent and I have to pay the price.Please look elsewhere

My family and I have been residents at The Waves for three years now. We do not have any complaints at all, they are always with a smile on their face and welcoming everywhere we go. Also, staff such as Celeste in the lease office, that if we ever had a question she will look for an answer right away and help us, or such as Alfredo who will constantly maintain the community areas clean and in order, make this place even better!
