I lived here for 4 years and absolutely loved living here. Great management while I lived there. They did routine maintenance on the heating and air conditioning systems, plus routine maintenance on the smoke alarms and water heater. One of the best parts about my apartment was that it had a door into my garage from my apartment. Also my patio looked due south, so it offered the best views of the rocket launches out of Vandenberg. There are lots of area trails or local streets to walk on. Lots of deer to be seen grazing in the local fields and not uncommon to see a family of deer walking across the parking lot. All in all a fantastic place to live.
