4.5 stars! I lived here for three years in two different units. The apartment manager, Danny, is always willing to work with you! He truly cares about the residents and their comfort while at Sturbridge, and we still keep in touch. The large dog park was a huge seller for me, taking up almost as much real estate as one of the buildings. The neighbors/fellow residents are lovely and sweet. So many dogs everywhere! The events thrown by the front office are a lot of fun, too. The pool is heated and open on a much more flexible yearly schedule than most other apartments I’ve lived in within the area. Maintenance is fast and friendly.
Only reasons I put it at a 4.5: sometimes there is a bit of dog poop around, but most residents are good at cleaning up after their pets. When it gets icy/snowy, there are times it takes awhile to get the roads plowed or sidewalks shoveled and salted.
Overall, I already miss this place. Comparable pricing for the area but you get so much more (in my opinion - I’ve lived in two other complexes in Westlake). Give this place a look - you won’t regret it, I promise.
Great apartments, amenities, and staff! I have been living here for over a year and they are very accommodating and willing to make sure you are 100 percent happy with your home. Any issues or problems, the staff is always available to help you out with no hesitation. When I was looking for a place to live, I wanted a complex that felt like a community, and Sturbridge definitely is that. From community parties year round to even events for your dogs, I definitely recommend checking this place out.

i was in a bind and they allowed me to live there and move in within 2 days and everyone that I talked to was so kind and welcoming unlike the last place i lived at that i left in june… This is what leasing people should be like all the time so thank you to makenna and dennis that helped me! ive only been here a few days and the amentities- especially pool and sauna- the property and area are so nice for what you pay. there are lots of deals and you get free breakfast in clubhouse monday to saturday . you can also save on rent with discounts and there’s many events and the place is very quiet and hidden by trees so you feel very at peace, the highway is right there but i don’t hear it. it’s well worth living here!

I recently moved to Sturbridge and I love it. It is very community orientated. I think everyone is super nice and staff is very great! Very clean and beautiful properties, if you are looking for a nice apartment close to Crocker I definitely recommend Sturbridge !
I absolutely loved living here. Not only are your neighbors and property management beyond friendly, but you truly feel like you're at home. Having all the bonuses like the fire pit, the pool and the hot tub makes it a true luxury and like a hidden gem. The only reason I left is because I wanted to be closer to work. My maintenance requests were always taken care of quickly and if I ever had any issues with something else, Danny was more than willing to figure out a solution. Appreciate my time at Sturbridge so much!

Sturbridge is THE place to be! Ever since I moved here in 2018, I have had nothing short of an amazing living experience! The staff at Sturbridge goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, taken care of, and heard, and they plan so many fun activities throughout the year! The maintenance crew is always prompt and thorough in repairs and the amenities (dog park, pool area, pizza oven, package station) makes this feel like a resort! They really do ensure the best living experience and I highly recommend this complex to anyone moving to the area, especially from out of town, as they make you feel so welcome! They are always looking for new ways to entertain, update, and make this the best place to live!

Danny and Ashley go above and beyond to ensure their residents are taken care of. Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders and our neighbors are super sweet. The front office has amazing coffee each morning for their residents, a beautiful workout center, and a heated pool that we are excited to use this summer. Overall, our experience has been positive.

Sturbridge Square was an amazing home for me for over 3 years. The property manager, Danny, and his team have made this an incredible experience. Danny has always been extremely responsive throughout the entire stay. Any maintenance concerns were always addressed promptly and my work from home schedule was always accommodated. When I was planning to move out of state with some uncertainty, Danny went above and beyond to alleviate stress with moving. His help and flexibility is really incredible and unique to the apartment complex experience. Overall the residents are quiet and polite, and the property is always being upgraded and let clean. Highly recommend!
