I highly recommend moving to Fairway View Apartments! This is a wonderful place to live. The neighborhood is very quiet, clean and safe. My experience has been amazing so far and it continues. I want to give a big thank you to the Marketing Consultant, Rocio, she’s extremely incredible and her hard work does not go unnoticed. Since the moment I met her and explained what I was looking for she made it happen! I’ve been a resident for about 2 years now and I asked Rocio to help with the transfer process to move from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom, She understood right away that I urgently needed to move and helped me go through a smooth process to transfer my lease. Once again I want to thank everyone in the leasing office and helping me with everything. If anyone is looking to rent an apartment please come by to Fairway View Apartments and ask for Rocio she’s absolutely amazing and will help you with everything.

My third year living at Fairway and I can't help but say that I enjoy living here. The complex is neat , cleaned daily. Maintenance guys are always on top of it. They are great workers. Along with the lovely lady's at the leasing office, making sure to get the job done ,taking care of their tenants. The amenities are great. Big pool , BBQ through out the complex. Brand new gym, nice little kids park and an adorable gated area for my fluffy friend.The neighborhood is always quiet and enjoyable to go out for a walk. Which i occasionally do. Its relaxing and very fulfilling. All in all , This is a place to recommend.
