Downtown Concord, NC’s premier luxury loft apartment building! The building, formerly a furniture warehouse built in the early 1920s, has been transformed into luxury loft apartments with high ceilings, ample natural light, and rich historic character. Downtown Concord's endless dining, entertainment, and nightlife offerings are only steps away.

Joanna was extremely helpful and very kind Throughout the process of the move from out of state. The location is fantastic, the residents are very respectful as far noise levels and keeping building clean. If you need any maintenance or mechanical assistance Kevin is so knowledgable and he knows that building so well. Lofts 29 is such a great choice to live and keep it local for the business owners!!

I absolutely love living here! I love that the rent is all inclusive and that it is the only bill that I need to pay each month (electric, water, cable, wifi). I also love that it is right in the heart of the historic, downtown Concord and in walking distance of some of the most incredible restaurants and bars -- Gianni's Trattoria, Havana Carolina, Little Roberts Place, Gianni's Pizza Loft, Red Hill, and Downtown Donuts. Apartment living can be difficult at times with noise but I am happy to report that I never had a problem with that. Neighbors are kind and respectful and the maintenance guy is worth rent alone! I love how accessible he is and how he is always around the property fixing things up to make sure it remains nice for the tenants. He is also readily available in case of clogged drains, AC vents, and any other problems you might have (not many since these apartments are incredibly remodeled). The windows are large and I love the original hard wood floors, hard wood ceilings, exposed beams and brick, and the updated appliances in the kitchen.
