I just wanted to wrote a review on the property. The management team is always responsive and friendly. The amenities are nice. And when I faced the biggest problem, a broken AC, Alex came to the rescue and quickly fixed the problem. I thought they would have to hire outside people to do ACs. But he was right on site. The ladies in the office are always kind and attentive, and my kids love the two swimming pools. Design details and layout of the apartments are really nice too and my bath is oversized, like a jacuzzi in the home, minus the bubbles.

We love living at Vintage Pointe. Our leasing agent really pulled for us to move in (cross country!) when our awful landlord couldn’t even bother to respond to various messages. Between the video tours, phone calls and daily email updates, we felt at home before ever stepping physical foot on property. Our senior dog loves the community, unit and small park. There’s also an amazing large public dog park nearby. (Not quite walking distance. I would recommend a short drive.) The unit we live in is spacious and equipped with beautiful built in features. I’m a cook by trade. The gas stove is a huge plus! All showers, sinks, etc get quick hot or chilled water with strong pressure. Cannot say enough positives about the community and especially leasing agent Menchu. đŸ’—
