Blair, the property maintenance person is Excellent. He proactive in getting request completed Quickly Solstice is clean, quiet community in renaissance Summerlin. Multi cultural community! Excellent for college students-(studios and young families (1 bedrooms). As part of your rent, you get extended channels with Cox cable including HBO and Showtime and Cox internet for $99 monthly.The only drawback is the property utilities that should be fixed and not variable. I dont like to pay a service fee for charged utilities and the real estate tax fee - totaling $14.50 monthly.
