I have lived here for many years and love my place! I live in one of the newer duplexes, which is now about 8 years old. I’ve had very few maintenance requests but they have always responded in a timely fashion when I did. My neighbors are great. The street is quiet. Pet friendly which is hard to find in Paducah. There is also a pool on the premises which is a plus. It’s close to the mall area that is handy as well. It’s a safe neighborhood that I feel comfortable in.
