Riviera Apartments are well kept and very welcoming to any age demographic. I have enjoyed my time here and have had no issues with the apartments or management. Vicky is excellent at her job and makes sure that her tenants needs are met. Great central location in Paducah and has a nice pool as well. 5/5 would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing location to live.

I am not a tenant, but when visiting a close friend of mine that lives at Riviera, I am always impressed with its cleanliness, and how well manicured the grounds are kept. Once inside the apartment, I seldom hear anything from other tenants throughout the complex. I have met the property manager, Vicky, and find her to be welcoming and kind. She was showing an apartment near my friend's, and she sure sounded like she was answering their questions and explaining the leasing process. I'm not in need of an apartment at this time, but if I ever am, then I know I'll be calling Vicky.
