I went to tour this property recently and the property manager Kandice was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the property and the area surrounding the property. However, The other staff members weren’t so welcoming. They werent very professional and seemed as though we were interrupting them instead of wanting to help. When I return to the area I would love to live on this property but skeptical because of the other employees

I am a new person moving from New York City from Brooklyn New York to Meadowbrook. It's obvious that there are always going to be toxic and negative people. No matter where you go no matter who your neighbors are or where you live. I find it very hard to believe any of this. I am going through a rental process with the manager Lisa and also Ashleigh the assistant manager. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me. They have removed obstacles that have stood in my way in the completion of my rental application. So when I read reviews like these. It makes me wonder about the character of people that would write nasty reviews about places where they live or living. So I don't live there yet I don't know about the loud noises about the rattling pipes. And the screaming. And the negative complaints from some of you people. Makes me wonder if there are underlying conditions for your verbal nasty opinions. About your negative comments. I've seen more positive things from this manager and assistant manager then I have in all of the years living in New York City. And trust me I am a person that demands high quality of living. And I know as well as others there is a quiet time every night in most cities and states around the United States after 9:00. So I really don't value the negative reviews that I read.
