I moved from Modesto into The Tioga in November. I have heard from people that it wasn't a nice place in the past, but I don't know it that way at all. Right now it is a beautifully renovated building in the heart of a downtown which is on the rise. My apartment is brand new from floor to ceiling and I love it. I feel that the price is very fair for what I have and all of the people I have met here are super nice. I am very happy here and would recommend it to a friend. The staff here are all fantastic people. They made the approval process very easy. I am happy to be part of The Tioga family.

We've been living here for 5 months and we really enjoy it. Everything is great, we must say! Apartments are new, the price is affordable and 24/7 security monitoring. In fact, there is a multifunctional room with plenty of board games, billiard (if you are interested), own cinema room and gym (temporarily closed). What we really like here is staff. They are very polite, nice and always there ready to help.
