I was looking for apartments last minute. I got ahold of their apartment manager, Jennifer Arens. Within the first half hour she showed me Village Square. She was knowledgeable, persistent and extremely helpful. She even called the utility companies right there to let me know what the average bill was a month. She pointed me in all the right directions in a calm and collective manner. The units themselves were very well kept and the atmosphere is amazing. I would definitely recommend her and Bender Midwest Properties. I’m glad I found them.
