We require a renter's insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $500,000 with the landlord named as the additional insured within the policy. Please call for breed restrictions and additional criteria. *We include a $60.00 a month allowance for water and sewer. If you exceed this amount, you will be billed monthly in addition to your rent. |
