We can’t wait to welcome you home! Here’s what you can expect at The Preserve at Commerce. Our community and all our homes are smoke-free. We offer studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom homes. For residents seeking multi-level living, townhomes can be found at our sister property next door at Townhomes at Preserve. We allow cats, dogs, and other small animals. We have no breed restrictions upon an approved pet application. Required Fees - Move-in: application fee - $50 per applicant, deposit - $300, & administration Fee - $150. Monthly: rent - fixed cost dependent on size, move-in date, and lease term, utilities - variable cost dependent on usage and/or bill back, Utility Service Fee - $3.50. We have lived here for over a year and are very happy. The staff (Office and Maintenance) are very friendly and helpful. The few maintenance issues we have had were addressed very quickly. It is quiet here and very close to stores and restaurants. Update: We have now been here over two years and still love it. The Maintenance Staff are very good, fast and friendly.

I have lived here with my wife for almost 2 years and it has been a great experience! The amenities are nice, the apartments are nice and the staff have always been helpful. Especially the maintenance staff who helped us several times with some of the appliances that acted up. My only issue is with cooling the apartment in the summer, as there is only one air conditioner for our whole 2 bedroom apartment. This was only a problem on the hottest nights though.
