I lived here for about a year, and I loved it! Management was always there for me when I needed something. They make you feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Maintenance requests and other concerns were promptly addressed. My neighbors were friendly, and the atmosphere was quiet and great overall. I moved out because the new rates did not work for me, considering the property does not have elevators or a gym. Otherwise, I’d been happy to stay here for another term.

Here is my experience living at Minnehaha Manor so far. The 1 bedroom apartment is spacious. There is a ceiling fan in the dining room and bedroom. There is ac. Kitchen is adequate. My toilet broke and within minutes maintenance was here to fix it. The complex is clean and landscaped beautifully. The pool area is also well kept and relaxing. Management has been helpful every time I have contacted them be it phone or email. Parking, for me, has not been a problem. All in all, I really like living here. Yes there are loud neighbors from time to time but that's a given. It is a peaceful place to come home and chill. I would recommend checking it out if you're looking to move.
