Leasing office and maintainance team did an excellent job! This is a wonderful apartment for many reasons. 1. Near to ETSU. 2. Large parking lot. 3. Free parking and free parking permit. 4. They have resident portal App. Every one can tell Leasing office your problems and they will assign jobs to maintainance team and they will solve your problems. 5. This apartment has six very big dumpsters. They also provide small trash can at the outside of the stair. Keep clean is everyone's responsibility. 6. Before staying in this apartment, every one will have the background check, so it increases safety. 7. They have the security to keep our safety. 8. If you have a package, Leasing office will keep it in the locked drawer in the leasing office. They will text you, and you can use the password to open the locked drawer and receive your package. 9. Student quarters does a great job of responding to any needs throughout the leasing terms. The apartment I moved into was cleaned when I got there and I haven’t had any issues with appliances. Shout out to Raseem in the office for always being available and answering all of my questions! Great experience!
