I've lived here at South Vista Apartments for over 6 years and I and my husband like it here. Our community is small and quiet and very well situated for easy access to so many fun things to do. Our apartments are just a half-block from Roth’s Vista Market, two blocks from Fred Meyer, and located on a mile-long section of Commercial Street that has over 50 great places to eat - many within walking distance. South Vista Apartments is a small, quiet, clean complex, accessible by car or foot from Vista Avenue SE, or from Cherriots bus route #21 (South Commercial). Our apartment community is well-lighted, and the grounds are kept immaculate by a great maintenance team, diligent landscaping crew, and residents who live here picking up after ourselves. From here, it's an easy walk to shopping, food, and a beautiful small park with green space and year-round creek (Clark Creek Park). The park offers a playground for kids, a basketball court, and lots of space for recreation like frisbee, walking, yoga, and comfortable benches and picnic tables for enjoying a bite in the sun, or the shade. The apartments are comfortable, accessible, tidy, well-maintained, and well laid out. The residents are nice. My husband and I just signed a lease for another year which, for us, probably best represents how we feel about our apartment home.
