My husband and I have lived here for over 3 years and we love it. The community is fairly quiet and we love the management. Jody is so nice and very attentive to all the residents.

I understand absolutely , that everyone entitled to their opinion, as I sit here and read some of it, I profoundly saying, (the incident) with the boy /roof, Jody was not here working at the property. If Jody was here working for KMG Prestige, at the time, it would of never happened, one thing I do know , there are rules, tenants are responsible for who they bring into there home, yes HOME, , IT IS SO SAFE HERE. but this is a FAMILY COMMUNITY...I. believe if Jody was the manager, at the time, she would have never allowed something like that , if it did happen, she would of been here in the middle of night , if that was the case. JODY WAS NOT HERE MANAGING THE PROPERTY. she protects her tenants, you will NEVER have to worry about anything , IT IS SAFE, AND ITS BEST RENTAL PROPERTY YOU WILL FIND IN WAYLAND. GREAT JOB JODY. She strives for peace , SHE IS HARDEST WORKING MANAGER , I HAVE EVER SEEN. SHE GETS HER HANDS DIRTY, SHE IS NOT AFRAID TO PICK THINGS AROUND THE PROPERTY. ITS BEAUTIFUL HERE. ITS BECAUSE OF JODY. she did an amazing job turning these homes in our homes, she had her work cut out after Tonya, no bad talk, she has done a great job.. Drugs are not allowed, to know this cruel world where our children. ARE growing up. WITH DRUGS EVERYWHERE, they can come to HOME , AND KNOW ITS SAFE HERE. We as parents do not have a worry, that our kids WILL BE AROUND DRUGS AT HOME. , drugs will not be here. They are not HERE. I will recommend Saw Mill Esates to anyone, this entire community , is something I'm going to miss, Jody has done an amazing job at making this property our home. It is safe, there are NO BED BUGS, FLEAS ETC. she is very professional, she did an amazing job , I give her so much credit , its peaceful , its truly the best place I have ever lived. I'm grateful for the management here, I believe Jody is and will always be the right person for the job. Thank you Jody. Your rocking it. 💜 P.s WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO COME TO OUR HOMES, OR STAY HERE , NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO HAVE PEOPLE LIVE HERE WITH ANY SORT OF FELONY. YOU CAN BE SURE, THINGS HAPPEN , SHE WILL NOT PUT HER TENANTS IN DANGER. I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 8 YEARS, JEN WAS FANTASTIC, JODY IS FANTASTIC. IT IS VERY SAFE HERE. The incident what ever it was, roof/ whatever , was 5 years ago. 8 years I seen the changes , and its BEAUTIFUL here 💜 THANK YOU AGAIN SAW MILL , I WILL HOLD SAW MILL SO VERY CLOSE TO MY HEART.
