I moved into this amazing apartment complex and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I first inquired about an apartment, Teresa was there to help me every step of the way. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. The apartment itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with modern amenities and spacious layouts. The grounds are impeccably kept and the community is quiet and peaceful. I love coming home to my cozy apartment after a long day at work. Teresa continues to go above and beyond to ensure that my experience living here is top-notch. She is always available to help with any issues that may arise and is quick to address any maintenance requests. Her friendly and professional demeanor truly sets this apartment complex apart from others. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live. The combination of excellent customer service from Teresa and the outstanding amenities make it a fantastic place to call home.

I moved here in August and honestly my experience so far have been amazing Mrs Rivera help me and my teammates move in and get everything squared away was a smooth easy process with her I highly recommend sands parc and when u come and make sure u ask for Ms Rivera she’s the best with the brightest personality !!
