I have lived here for 2 months. It is situated in a convenient location, close to highways, shopping and restaurants. The community is well kept with landscaping and beautiful flowers as well as 2 pools, fitness center, volleyball court and is pet friendly. My apartment has a nice layout. The leasing staff are amazing and wonderful to work with. DeannaMarie went above and beyond helping me with my long distant move. Jason also contributed, with answers to my many questions. Great place to call home....

Two pools, two hot tubs, huge bathtubs, deep farmhouse sinks, beautiful shaded grounds, spacious floor plans, large theater room, great clubhouse, well kept fitness center, mailboxes with HUB lockers, gas community grills you name it they have it at the Palms. 10/10 we do recommend!
