The Palisades are an amazon place to stay. The location is prime and the residents are nice. Highly recommend to anyone moving to the area that wants a safe/friendly environment. Pedro is great in the front office and brings a welcoming attitude. 10/10

I’ve lived here for 2 years, and it has been a good experience. I had a last minute move when I initially moved in, and the whole team was helpful and quick in getting me set up. Pedro was the first person I met and is great. I still communicate with him regularly, and it’s fun when I get to see him. I travel all over Northwest Arkansas for work, so the location is good. Anytime I’ve put in a work request, it was completed the same day. Amenities weren’t a priority for me when I moved, but I use the pool frequently in the summer, use the charcoal grills, and sometimes use the gym. The gym is small, but it is adequate to get a workout. The complex recently received some electronic/ app updates that make accessing your door, thermostat, or gates easier. There’s a good walking loop around the complex that I use every day to walk my dog. The greenway is very close and is easy access if you are into riding bikes or walking. Depending on which section of the complex you live in, you may not be able to get parking in front of your complex if you get home too late. That’s only ever annoyed me if I have a bunch of groceries to unload. Otherwise, parking isn’t too far, and there are available garages or covered parking spots you can pay for.
