All cats and dogs are welcome at Capewell Lofts. All cats and dogs are subject to vet verification. Dogs must be licensed with the town. Two cats and/or dogs. No caged, no reptiles, no exotic pets permitted. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $400 for either a cat or dog a monthly pet rent of $30. If the cat or dog has been rescued we do offer a discount on both the monthly pet rent and the one-time fee. Please call our Leasing Office for complete Pet Policy information.

Capewell Lofts is the first place my partner and I have truly felt at home! The apartments themselves are very aesthetically pleasing with very thick walls and new appliances. I repeat the walls are built well with only one shared vent in the bathroom! We almost never hear any noise, and if we do it is from echoes in the hallways. The price to heat and cool the apartment is average, especially since the building itself has great ratings with efficiency when it comes to energy usage. We live right above the clubhouse, but you can barely tell the difference. I love that our building gives us plenty of notice if the clubhouse is booked, and that most parties/events end at very reasonable hours. Composting is available at a very low and reasonable rate, and I HIGHLY suggest you get the service. Blue Earth Compost is fantastic, and discounts the service for people who live in this building. The compost doesn’t get smelly in your apartment, and there’s a drop off location in the bike room. I assure you that the property management is very sensitive to any concerns, and deal with questions and or disruptions quickly. They also look to improve the building, and they welcome feedback. We look forward to resigning our lease, and I bet our pup is pumped too!
