There are not many great apartments like this place in the area, state, or even in the nation. The staff is professional and welcoming, and never fail to go above and beyond in order to help their residents. It's a beautiful location, with insanely well-taken-care-of inside amenities and outdoor spots. The grill area is magical in particular. You will have no regrets moving here! I know I didn't, and I will always miss my time here!

Great apartment complex. Quiet and very close to Old EC. We walk into town quite often. The maintenance crew work hard to keep the place spotless. The front desk people are always warm and welcoming. Love the “ welcome home” greeting. The manager and assistant manager, Erica and Lydia are always professional and strive hard to keep the residents happy. Several times a year the complex holds events as a way of showing appreciation to the residents . Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to live during a transitional time.
