Living at the Pointe the past year has been a wonderful experience. Theresa Lyons, the property manager, goes above and beyond for the tenants. Tons of amenities, great maintenance, and very dog friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone moving to the South Bend area.

Location! Location! Location! PSJ is just steps away from the East Race trail, many restaurants, Trader Joe’s, the library, a couple different church’s…it’s all right here! Notre Dame campus is two short miles and walk two blocks and you’re at Howard Park. The property manager, Theresa, is welcoming, positive, and helpful. She’s the quintessential people person. The maintenance team, Rich and Barry, are extremely responsive and efficient. The few repairs I’ve needed over a two-year period were done within a day (if not a few hours) of submitting a request. Great leasing office team all around!!
