Emma was amazing. She remembered me touring before and that made my day. She followed up with me which eventually turned into a new lease. Keep up the great work Emma and I look forward to moving to The Franklin!

As a marketer, I understand the value of reviews. And as a human being, I value when people go above and beyond to help me. My experience at Franklin so far (and I can’t see how that would ever change) has been more than outstanding. I found Franklin on the Google Maps route, so I could live close to both Raleigh and Cary. When I drove up to the Franklin (on a good sunny day) it reminded me of Ceaser Palace in Las Vegas. At the same time, it doesn’t have the snobby/flashy appeal - on the other hand, it feels very friendly, comfortable, and just overall super cool/sweet. Emma, the Leasing Princess, showed me the unit that met all of my requirements (which were multiple). During the same day, Emma was able to turn around all of the needed checks and approvals, so I could sign my lease very quickly. That was truly impressive as I’ve lived in more than 30 places in 5 different states and some more in other countries, in the US and have never had such a smooth and positive experience as Emma was able to provide. Chrystal, the property maintenance manager, was also extremely helpful when I had questions about some things in my amazing new apartment (i.e. using AC - here we have a person in tech - me - who can’t operate basic appliances :D). The whole team goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy living at the Franklin. Now, about the the property. It’s Amazing, beautiful, peaceful, with top-notch amenities that work flawlessly. The pool alone is worth moving for - it’s a resort-style pool that’s gorgeous, has a subtle music backdrop that makes you feel as if you’re in an actual resort, and also a part of the pool is dedicated to lap swimming if one is interested (which I am, though still making my way there for my first Olympic swim). Little kids (or tipsy people) can enjoy a part of the pool that’s not deep, but the entire pool isn’t deep so it’s extremely safe for a person of any age and physical ability. The buildings are very clean and pretty - tall hallways, business center, a huge gym with every piece equipment you may need to make yourself hot, pretty, and healthy, and a state-of-the-art Clubhouse. Also, the grills… and the pond - with occasional passing by ducks, and always present frogs singing songs and having vocal battles during the gorgeous North Carolina evenings. My apartment was prepared really well when I moved in. Super clean, smelled great (i.e. no smell - the smell of new home) - all the buildings here are very new. Also, the team at Franklin cares about the world. For example, there are multiple coffee stations, but one has to bring their own cup - rather than wasting a new paper cup - to have a coffee. Cudos for that. The community also has chargers for Tesla/electric vehicles - not that I’ll ever need one I have no patience to wait for anything, but if you have an electric car - you’re set. There is also a station where you can wash your car. Everyone I’ve met so far at the property has been very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Anyways, I am happy to share more feedback as needed upon request. Take care and have a great rest of your life.
