Resident from Oct 2021 - July 2023 I can’t speak on the back units (2bed) but my experience in the front units (1bed) was okay. At the beginning I didn’t have any major complaints except the washer and driers being extremely dirty, I submitted multiple requests to get them cleaned but action was never taken. I opted to using a laundromat instead. However towards the end of my lease I started seeing more graffiti on the property, my package got stolen (had never happened in the year prior living there) and the 1 bedroom units went from being occupied by single residents like myself or couples to full families of 4+ people which became a noise problem. Overall 3/5 due to the unit itself (I liked the layout), location (close to many restaurants and fw) and overall cleanliness (no bugs during my stay).

Not worth the price. Super small and neighbors are terrible, always fighting for parking. Office lady Lupe is a waste of time. Extra charges for everything!!
