Cheap, walking distance from stores, friendly staff.

This place is a slum. Mice, cockroaches, bird mites, holes in the foundation, flooding, heat doesn't work, and railings are always broken. Rent increases with no intent to improve living conditions. I can't believe they still have their section 8 license. If you have a choice to live literally else I would do so. Zero stars if possible.
