River Bluff is a classic all brick six-story, 150 unit apartment building located in the quaint college town of Mankato. The property consists of a balanced mix of one, two, and three bedroom units, all of which are generously sized. Renovations have been ongoing for the last ten years, so we have a few different apartment styles: Basic, Updated, and Remodeled. Every apartment is covered with liability insurance to protect our residents from extravagantly-priced repairs, due to accidental damage, for an $11 monthly charge. Each apartment is well designed with a focus on open living spaces and plenty of closets. Each unit is centrally air-conditioned and wired for high-speed cable and internet services. Each apartment features a full appliance package including a gas range/oven, vent hood, and refrigerator. Water, sewer, heat and trash are all included in the rent! The building was designed for tenant convenience, with an onsite leasing office, three elevators, an oversized laundry facility with ten washers and dryers, storage lockers. River Bluff is within walking distance of Mankato's active downtown area and is convenient to public transportation as well as shops, parks, hospitals, and schools. Schedule a tour today and you will find that River Bluff boasts all of the amenities and conveniences you could hope for! River Bluff's office hours are Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Wednesday & Friday 1:00pm-5:00pm.
