Welcome to an affordable community that feels like home! We have a variety of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Some units include a washer and dryer and we also have a laundromat inside our office building. Detached garages are available to rent for $60 per month and a $60 security deposit. We offer one or two year apartment and garage leases. Cats are allowed with an additional $350 nonrefundable pet fee and an extra $30 per month per cat. Limit of two cats per unit.
