I have rented from Yash over 5 years, including 3 in the Peterson Building. In that time, I have never had any complaints about the management. The buildings are well-maintained in the common areas, and the apartments are open, high-ceilings, great construction and layout. I’d recommend the Peterson Building to anyone interested in a unique home with trouble-free maintenance and management. I’d also recommend Yash Management and any of the buildings they operate.
