Having lived here a number of years I must say it's different from other regular apartments. Walnut Trails has a more community feel. Each unit has outside access, no long indoor hallways like you live in a hotel. Maintenance staff bends over backwards to get things fixed and are respectful to residents. Quiet, secluded community. Snow removal wasnt good 2 winters ago but after residents complained, the staff/management fixed the issue and hired a different company. This past winter was good. My biggest perk here would have to be letting my daughter go play at the playground and not having to worry about her.

I have lived her 6-7 years and have never had any problems. If something breaks or doesn’t work I call the awesome maintenance guy and they are there with in hours. The owner has been awesome. He may not be here often but he is always available via email or phone. Chris has been great, we had a death in the family and had to fly out of town and we were not able to pay our rent on time. Chris gets that sometimes life happens and as long as we let him know he is willing to work with you. Great guy! I love the pool , it’s always clean and it’s heated. The gym is small but everything you need is there and alway accessible. They let you use the party room for showers or birthdays , or Xmas parties for free- all you have to do is clean up after yourself ( no brainer ) it’s a very nice laid back place to live.
