I've been trying to talk to some one for over a week. I've left message after message no one is getting back to me. I came to the property and there's no one answering the intercom.

When I first moved here one year ago it was hard to get in touch with the property manager to rent an apartment. Red flag number one. After we signed the lease little did we know what we were getting ourselves into. During our one year lease our next door neighbor would blast loud music and talk so loud all day and night everyday. When we tried contacting the property manager Nadia she would ignore our text and calls, sometimes respond and say she would talk to them or evict them but never did anything. Mind you this went on our whole one year lease and the walls at this apartment complex are so thin. The layout of this apartment complex looks like a motel and when we first moved here it even smelled like a motel. They also have cockroaches that we had to get rid of on our own. In addition you pay all utilities even the water, trash, and sewage. They always leave notes on your door all last minute wanting to come inside your apartment to do maintenance. When our lease was coming to an end they wanted to raise our rent to $95 and also make us sign another one year lease. We were already paying $1500 to now $1595 and with the pet rent and also utilities it would be around $1700. On our last day moving out one of the maintenance guy and his family accused us of hitting and damaging his car when they did not have evidence, did not talk to us, and we never put something in the front of my car that would damage their vehicle. I only put boxes in my trunk and back seat. The property manager Nadia is so rude and unresponsive. She will not help you if there is a problem and will just ignore you, text you rude messages in an unprofessional way, or lie to you that she's going to fix the problem. She is never there in her office and is always at other apartment complexes. She also always has an excuse for everything like the other reviews said. If you don't want to deal with this type of nightmare and headache for one year I beg you do not rent here.
