Currently renting right now and have had ZERO problems. The ladies in the office are so sweet and will go out of their way to help you if at all possible. The location is great it’s in the middle of Huntsville and about 5 minutes from Downtown Huntsville. Maintence regularly drives around and checks on ALL units as well as pest control. The units have faux hardwood floors and brand new cabinets. They’re spacious for one bedroom units. The complex is quiet during the day and night. If you ask me this is the best kept secret in Huntsville. For $550 and water and trash and pest included as well as cable and a gym membership you won’t find a nicer apartment complex. The deposits are low as well. Oh and at night time this complex is lit up like Fort Knox. I’m very impressed with my experience and will more than likely renew my lease after my year is up.

I’ve been here for three years and I’ve never had any major issues. If I did have an issue, it was fixed promptly. Amanda is the absolute best! If you are planning on moving here, I suggest you that you request to work with her!
