Cannot say enough positive things about Team Avalon at the Pinehills. My son, who has special needs lives there, and these individuals are supportive, accepting and foster an inclusive environment where he can thrive. Ashley is always prompt to reply with any questions we may have. The maintenance team is just AMAZING. They respond timely and are always so kind. This team brings me peace of mind. We are so fortunate to live in such a caring community.

rented one bedroom for short term rental. The apt is very, clean and modern. The whole Pinehills area is clean and we felt safe staying there. Everyone from Avalon was wonderful. Ashley is outstanding, she helped more than once to get us acclimated to area and any request/question we had. Maintenance team was perfect. I would recommend Avalon Bay communities.
